Cloud Data Lake is at the core of any Modern Data Architecture Strategy. While the data supply chain tasks associated with the Data Lake such as data acquisition, ingestion and storage are significant, it should be noted that the data in a Data Lake is primarily stored in its raw form. This poses a lot of challenges in making the data useful to the consumer community. Typically Business Intelligence Platforms allow internal and external consumers to navigate through the available data in a contextualized manner. In order to make the user experience more effective a series of processes needs to be in place. Depending on the industry and the unique needs of an enterprise the processes and their sequences might need to be customized. In this session, the audience will learn about Business Intelligence Strategy that describes what the different processes, and their interplay with the data and technical tools are.
Use cases from the presenters' recent implementation at E Research Technologies will demonstrate the value of these strategies.
