With the rise of Big Data, new roles have emerged. Suprisingly, many companies have not kept up with this evolution. They do not have the right job definitions, training, and organizations to effectively keep up with the increasing demand to spin large, semi-structured, fast moving data into insight gold. Often, employees get stuck spending most of their time on work that is outside their expertise and passion.
