 Scaled Agile “SAFe” framework for application development. The 
 Data Architecture was the first team to embrace agile principles as part of
  our day-to-day operations. We have adopted 3-week iterations. As part of I
 teration retrospective, we capture business value achievements from a data 
 perspective. This helps us quantify our continuous improvements in Data Gov
 ernance. Business value from every data architecture user story is captured
  in four quadrants of Iteration Business Review (IBR), Data Quality, Improv
 ed Decision Making and Planning, Enabling Sustainable Competitive Advantage
  and Building Common Data Vision. DGO office reviews business information m
 odels and enterprise reference data changes. Enterprise data stewards are h
 eld accountable for data quality issues in their functional areas. We will 
 cover the details of the IBR, its adoption by the Data Governance Office an
 d IT Management in a scaled agile environment.
