 e! Chesterfield County implemented an enterprise shared business intelligen
 ce system (EBI-STRATIS) that integrated data from multiple business domains
  and transactional systems for improved data driven decisions, data analysi
 s and reporting across the county using hybrid cloud (Azure and On Premises
 ). EBI-STRATIS Team has adopted 5 E&rsquo;s project approach for the delive
 ry of the solution. These are Explore, Envision, Establish, Execute and Enh
 ance.</p>\n<p>Hybrid Cloud Technologies enabled Chesterfield County to redu
 ce capex and administrative costs, become agile (time to provision resource
 s in minutes), improve performance (latest tech), enable elasticity (scale 
 up as needed, scale down or turn off to reduce spend), and improve reliabil
 ity (built in redundancy and geo redundancy capability for DR purposes). Po
 wer BI was used to deliver the end user dashboards. This is an intuitive pl
 atform that allows for data visualization and exploration to enable effecti
 ve decision making with natural language query. It is also a collaborative 
 platform which enables mobile access to the information.</p>\n<p>Here are t
